Can I use my existing business number?

Absolutely, as long as it's a landline or toll-free number.

Will my current voice line be affected?

No, Chatform does not affect your voice capabilities of the number. We only route SMS in and out from our platform.

Will I be charged when my trial is up?

No. We don't ask for your credit card up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details.

Will my number work for SMS?

We currently accept USA & Canada numbers. Mobile numbers are not accepted. VoIP numbers will be accepted in the future.

How long does it take to enable texting?

Setup usually takes a few hours. We have to verify ownership, test connectivity & provision your account.

Will I need any special equipment?

No. Chatform works on all devives. Send and receive texts using the web or app.

Can I use MMS with Chatform?

Yes, USA & Canada local numbers support MMS, however toll-free numbers only support SMS.
